Galloping Ghost Arcade is home to the best TRAINING scene for NRS games in the world.

Deathstroke IS and has ALWAYS been tournament viable.

The character diversity is growing instead of shrinking as time goes on.

Here's what I know, Sonicfoxs' Batgirl is awesome, Theo uses Aquaman, Deathstroke has always been a good character just not braindead as he once was, tournaments care less about injustice, Pigs strong commitment lead him to a great, no, FANTASTIC showing and probably the best performance and progress I have seen in a player and I hate Zod, and the Loco bros are Godlike.

character specialists have the advantage, i dont think any counterpick payed off. this game has way too many dirty little chances to drop combos and conversions for counterpicking in top 8.

I'm not gonna lie. I made a big fuss about DS and even quit the game early because of it, but @MITDJT officially made me hold that today.

As far as Theo goes, he is literally one of the best IGAU players, but we all watched him crumble today and that's something we've never seen. He is human afterall.

Well almost no counter picking paid off in top 8, MIT picked BG on PPJ after losing the first match and ended up winning.

I kind of thank character diversity due to counter. Picking.

It doesn't work all the time. But thanks to the awkward "balance" of this game some mid tier do well against top tier

Some of the character diversity is due to counter picks. However the "main" character for the top 16 was a wide range. PLUS.. There were viable characters that could go far in tournaments that just didn't have a strong player using them.

Isnt it like 7 different Characters for Top 8 if you not count swapping and just count "mains"? Which is the second best result you can get for Top 8 Character diversity.

At least Deathstroke made it this far. I'm happy that Injustice tournaments have become a lot more diversified in characters than it was before. I hope MIT makes a huge comeback next Injustice tournament.
