By doing maths it looks like the pot is currently:

Pre-registration: 40 x $10 = $400
Community Bonus: $1425
Frequency Gaming: $100 + (293 x $1) = $393

Total: 400 + 1425 + 393 = $2218? And that was raised in one week...

to be fair, reo hasnt had the opportunity to play him a lot either in the mid to later years of mk9 tourney because either PL didnt make it far enough to be near reo so they could play or he just didnt show up.

PL did well in the later times of MK9 and still does when he's at a tournament. The only blowup was him not making top 8 at EVO 2013. What is the record between them? 3-2?

mmm iono but like i said they didnt play a whole lot because Reo was in many top 8's / top 3 / 1st places in majority of majors and PL either wasnt there or got eliminated earlier

Frequency need 5 more followers (their start was 83 not 84 as I first thought) to max out that pot bonus. Assuming that happens that's $2300 raised before sign-ups on the day.

Injustice 1st: 60% of $3110 = $1866
MK9 1st: 70% of $2300 = $1610

Update, ed boon and I spoke to mr wizard and he informed us that there is a spot for side tournaments but it's first come first serve. In all likelyhood it should be in the ballroom tomorrow at 6. If not we do have a backup plan don't worry. Pot bonus is over 1900 now too.
