And finally this Fucker Flash. This character is just broke. Idek know how you can normalize his damage, setups, and overall control of shit. I could rant about this character but everybody already knows hes bull shit.

Nothing is wrong with flash, he is very beatable and all characters have thier bullshit

Frame traps for days, godlike air moves, the nastiest setups with the majority of them being safe and ambiguous, everything he does leads to high damage, can punish you on reaction from anywhere on the screen for big damage, arguably has the best corner game, blasts through armor no problem, dashes are amazing, good walkspeed, amazing anti-zoning tools, has an OTG, and on a nice portion of the roster can get in free and to almost the whole roster he locks you down the second you start blocking. Pushblock? Then he has meter advantage because all he needs is one bar to do 60+%, hes easy to access to almost any level FG player, though not as beginner like as Aquaman, and hes one of the few characters in the game that can play footsies and he does it extraordinarily well. Yeah he has his bullshit, and its way better then what people credit him for. @Zyphox and @HoneyBee know how good he is and I've been on the other end of honeybees Flash. Seen what he does at a high level, hes broken af.

He definitely has things that make him a top tier character but there are weaknesses there too. Two of his best strings can whiff for full combo punishes and a bad MB LC wastes a bar of meter and gets us full combo punished. His 'lock down' block pressure has gaps in there so it's really not as good as you're making it out to be and no one can just pick him up and expect to do well with him. There's a reason Flash hasn't won a major... yet.

U R rite because giving everyone the ability to do 40% unbreakables at the minimum helps a matchup where the top tier can use moves like that freely (batman, mmh, etc). Not to mention all the meter they build so whats the fear in using a move thats not only plus, has armor, but also grants a combo, unbreakable combo, and potentially even a stupid crossup?

Nike, just do it.

Nerf the crossups on those moves and it would be fine.

They aren't even patching this game anymore. That happened months ago. They buffed low tier characters like Bane who is now 90% broken.

Right, I'm just saying even if a patch were to come(which its not) they would just buff low tiers again. They will use the same formula for MKX.

Ahh good. Another balancing suggestion thread. I was worried there wouldn't be several of them today.

A patch isn't happening for Injustice again unless something truly gamebreaking is found (like Batgirl's infinite), and that would only be a hotfix. We either deal with the game as is, or stop playing and wait for MKX.

@HoneyBee I noticed in a lot of Flash players that when they know their character has great potential to dominate almost all MUs, they get reckless as hell which generally leads them to a loss. Flashes tools are beatable, however he has tools for every MU with the potential to easily overwhelm the opponent and then leads to stupid damage that gives him a favorable, if not an extremely favorable, advantage over 90% of the roster and allows him to break even with the top tiers. Flash is one of those characters that if you have nerves of steel, and know every MU, example being Honeybee, He thoroughly dominates. To try and poke in his gaps alone are risky because it seems like they whiff whenever they want. That's what I noticed when I play you at least. If anyone of injustices consistent top 8 reps used Flash and only Flash, he would dominate insanely hard and probably would've been nerfed forever ago. Just saying. He's like what AM was during the era of lasers and backdashes, he was amazing and godlike but due to how amazing and easily accessible those other characters were he didn't shine as much. The only difference is where we are in this games life.

Damn level up, flash has weakness too and just like honeybee said a lot and a lot of flash's strings can be whiffed and interrupted

That says enough about the level I am with the character I use. My discussion was about the character in general and not by how he is used by individuals. To reference a character strictly off of playing a few people and going off my knowledge by those MUs lead to a fully inaccurate understanding of the character. To reference a strong player is only to have an example of what he can do at a high level. You can't base the whole character off of sets with people because you could be missing some flaws in your MU knowledge which is why you lab. I lab almost as much as anyone else due to the character I use and I go by what the character has and Flash is a godlike character, the people that use him are human and humans make mistakes that can be exploited. But as a character, as I stated prior Flash is godlike. In some cases and MUs the loss can't be helped due to the struggle of how strong he is.

Yea so me and @HoneyBee do go even when we play fyi, and u make seem like flash breaks the mechanics of the game which he doesn't, it's not my fault flash was designed the way he is and if he was so bad they would of nerf to the ground, there will always be good characters and bad ones it just happens that my character is good and urs is bad

We got the most diverse top 8 showings of any fighting game out there. Seems fine to me. Some folks have things a lot easier than others but its still a pretty tight game. Go take a look at Marvel...this is way easier to survive in with its whole roster than that ever was.

I think injustice is pretty balanced but it is really match up heavy. I play Ares and he is widely considered bottom tier (not by me lol) but I find if I play well I can get wins. Some of the bottom characters cant compete with the top tier guys, so maby a buff to the bottom characters but leave the top characters alone.
