I'm looking for some help finding tournaments for igau in texas, louisiana, arkansas, or oklahoma, something within decent driving distance. I never really attend them, and i just want to see how i stand up against the masses; so, I'm taking the lazy approach to finding them and asking the tym community. anyway, sorry if this is the wrong forum for this, but the help would be much appreciated.

Click on Events and then look for upcoming events. Texas has a pretty good scene; I am sure there's some locals there you could check out.

I'm from east tx, directly between tyler and dallas. I was planning to make the last tx bar fights, but things came up.

thank you, that would be very much appreciated. Also, while I'm at it, do you have any suggestions for controller converters that are generally accepted at tournament scenes? I prefer playstation contollers and I've got the ps2 controller for a converter, but I only have a busted hand me down chrono converter.

A lot of people have converters at tournaments but I personally don't. I would go check out the tech part of this forum, pretty sure they have some good converters there.
