It is basically a ploy to not have to boost him.

Brave Birds do NOT like this combo. They take 60% damage on recoil basically.

Why is Scoliopede such a good dick ass lead baton passer?

Who would benefit the greatest from having a Swords Dance and Speed boost passed to it? In OU of course.

Right now my "big threat" is Kyurem Black.

because why the fuck not..... 170 attack stat and a mixed attacker that is simply not uber for typing/slowness.

i solved one problem. He has stupid coverage.

I mean i understand they have checks. But they are very limited. They also don't allow you to check other things.
It is nuts. Just seeing scoliopede makes me temple a tad.... Granted most aren't smart enough to have a fail safe for the Taunt.

When in doubt roaring or whirlwinding works well against them too. Ingrain is the only thing that stops that, and that isn't common on most pass teams. Also, the check to these teams is priority staight up. I hardly ever see baton pass teams do well against mega scizor lol. He just goes +6 and wrecks their team.
