All in all, I'm content with how I did. I wanted to make Top 16 and got pretty close for my first tournament ever.

There were plenty of hype matches leading up to it. It was just unfortunate that Chris G had no pocket character to deal with Aquaman.

But we had fights like Chris G vs Deg, and Pig vs Digit, so anyone saying this wasn't a hype top 8 is letting the ending spoil everything unfairly.

It was pretty amazing to see Chris beat Degs main with zero matchup experience. But props to deg, you're in top 8 you do what you gotta do to win. Sucks from a spectators standpoint but completely understandable from a competitors standpoint.
