Aquaman is definitely on Martian Manhunter's level. Aquaman is more dominant while Martian Manhunter is more solid overall.
Uh, her footsies suck. She has lots of shenanigans but if she's facing a character with a decent or better footsie game it can be a nightmare for her if the character can get in. It also doesn't help that she has t-Rex arms and one of her mixup tools is easy to react to so you can just crouch to block her and react to any overheads when necessary
B tier, Cyborg has some super lopsided mu's...

I know about the changes. I just wondered why it seems everyone has turned the corner on him seemingly in the past week or so. I've never seen him any higher than just above the lowest tier. Makes sense to me, though.

hmm, you really think aqua is equal to martian??? with all of martians zoning tools and free interactables and space control ability???? something tells me you are forgetting how much potential this character has and not how much is being shown right now... i still think martians zoning/turtling ability is too good. martian also has amazing wakeups
thats the thing, if i make a case people will be like "bro you don't even use catwoman" or "16 bit got 2nd place twice with her, i'll take his word over yours" which both are true tbh, i just have the same philosophy with flash and why myself and jupiter think he's close to top 3. my thing with cat woman is once you get a knockdown with her you have soo many tools at your disposal, she's hella good at stuff wake ups full combo. she has ambiguous set ups, a jumping b 2 that full combos to bait wake ups, and an armored move that goes right throw wake ups if done right. yeah i know her walk speed and dashes are bad, but she compensates for having a full screen, safe 2 hits of armor move that gives full combo, and the move ridiculous jumping attack i have ever seen. her b3 is retarded and her 50/50's are safe and give full combo as well. catwoman, like flash all depend on the person playing them, if i make good reads with flash you see what can happen. i think you are so good at making the read with catwoman and that with her tool set gives you a fighting chance in a lot of MU. if you want to talk about this more i'll be glad to answer any questions on my philosophy on these characters and how deep they are. i have a theory as to why WW hasn't really dominated this game with all her tools, yet a proposed shitter "catwoman" has gotten 2nd in two of the biggest tournaments to date and it has not about the player behind them either.
