Because Shazam can't punish anything Shazam does lol.
Shazam has literally the best point blank Torpedo punish in the game (HM) nobody can consistently get as much damage on a point blank Torpedo punish as him.

He just literally can't do anything about back teleport on wakeup I think.

Shazam can punish Shazam options. Just have to know the options you have. I don't like the MU cause its a guessing game within a guessing game within another guessing game when you are knockdown.

To answer back Teleport you need to know he is doing it then chase him with your teleport. Then you need to determine what he is going to do out of the teleport to determine if you do HM, AC, Normal Attack string, etc. Things like that. This is why i hate the MU.

Superman can't ALWAYS punish point blank torpedo, sometimes F23 whiffs. I guess GL technically gets the same damage.
Ummm. Its all the time. KDZ never lets be do stupid torpedos. But that still doesnt stop me from doing stupid torpedos and getting punished for around 40%. :(

No, go test it. I did hella extensive testing, off of like 22 he can always punish, but sometimes b2 xx torpedo pushes you out of F23 punish range. Sometimes it doesn't though.

Obviously that matchup is still ass, just saying it isn't as consistent of a punish as HM.

B2 torpedo is fine. Depends on where the B2 hits really. I meant bad placed torpedos.

I get that B2 torpedo might be safe sometimes/more often, but maintaining proper B2 range is always such a tough science since the move either barely falls short or jumps over the opponent if your spacing is off by an inch. It's not solid hitbox like a lot of other footsie tools. He just has to take so many chances throughout the course of every match.

Not every match. Also the 3 part of b23 has the most bullshit hit box i have ever seen. Like it hits behind him, above him, and in front of him. Like holy shit billy. Pls Stop. Lmao. Just do yolo stuff until you see they can punish.

He has to guess high or low every time he command grabs unless you 22 before it--which is still kind of a guess b/c they can interrupt it. A safe methodical Shazam is a losing Shazam. YOLOORDIE
