This...this Injustice MLG was terrible to say the least. I mean, were in a thread BASHING the whole tourney...something that NEVER happened with the MK MLGs

MK MLG's were great. Yeah ads, but I have adblock hah.

Spent 9 hours streaming Injustice to watch like 8 matches, just awful. I don't know what the deal was, hopefully they have their shit together by morning.

Music is not bad sometimes. Also video player is fine. It doesnt die randomly like twitch fucking does. Unless if they actually go offline.

You're lucky... I get a C++ error if I full screen it and it refreshes every 3 minutes or so otherwise.

Same as Injustice, too many commercials and not enough matches.
A lot of really good stuff like PL getting bodied, Curbo babing Wong all happened off stream.
People bashed the crap out of the first MLG, it's why they listened and for the most part fixed it for the next two.

Injustice MLG though, is about 5 times worse.

Say that again. It sucks because I dont see MLG picking up Injustice for the rest of the season (not sure if its over in mid-way). Either way it was a horrible experience all around. Grass roots give Injustice better air time than MLG. Im just VERY disappointed.

How was it once it got started? I think that's one of the biggest problems people had with the whole thing, not only was it delayed forever and a day, but it never got better, the entire thing was just horrendous.

If I was at a Venue for 12 hours just to play 3 matches, I would not be a happy camper. I feel for some of those guys competing.

Specially since we are still so in the stone age that selling booze at Video Game tournys is still not a thing, why can't a guy have a fuckin beer or 12 while playing in tourny??

Fight Pubs are where the real fun is at


In all reality though, someone there will still win $4000, Some crazy things happened, like PL and KDZ going to losers rightaway, not to mention forever King,

This was frustrating as a spectator, but I would be livid as a participant. Players paid the entry fee, took time off work and came from as far as Australia, and only got two matches in 8 hours. That is pathetic. MLG owes these guys an apology.

On an unrelated note: I could really go for some Pizza Hut.

I mean it was 5 minutes of matches, 30 minute break. 5 minutes of matches, 30 minute break. You just have to wonder exactly what the problem(s) were, even after all the technical issues were fixed.

What's annoying is that while nothing was happening in Injustice stream, I was watching COD stream and there was non-stop action. Sometimes 3-4 matches in a row, very little to no commercial at all except when the entire team matches were done.

Why can't they just include ads on the show like they all do it in sports? Just put some banners around, ask commentators to do small commercial bits while something pops up on the screen. How is that hard?

It's much smarter this way because at least you don't lose 10K viewers. You keep the action going and show small ads during button checks and put your sponsor logos on the players/commentators/monitors/salt cams. I mean what's the point of running stupid 30 min ads if everyone stops watching your stream because the content sucks or is straight up non-existent?

Man...I've written this post a couple different times in a couple different ways and I honestly don't know what to really say. Straightup, this was an embarassment. MLG just made the grassroots organizers we love to complain about look like freaking godsends by comparison.
