2) REPTILE'S DASH ELBOW
3) KUNG LAO'S SPIN
4) NOOB SAIBOT'S UPWARD-KNEE
5) JAX'S DASH PUNCH

THE TOP 5 BEST SPECIALS IN THE GAME CAN BE DEBATED FOREVER, SO I WON'T EVEN POST MY OPINION.​

2.) Kano's Choke

They're hilarious.

Lao spin - shuts down any jump in.

Jade EX-Glow - do I have to explain? Super armor!

Kitana's lift get away thing(where she flies up & across the screen) - gets you out and away fast.

Cyber-Sub's parry - very fast; shuts down rushdown like no other.

Cage's Nut Punch. - leaves you at the best advantage in the game i believe than any other move in the game, IIRC. Resets and keeps cage in your face, does 11% damage, lowers hit box to crouching, #1 in my opinion.

scorpion's spear - i mean really, defined a series.

Jade's stripper pole EVERYTHING

Stryker's grenade toss (the whistle makes it)

i dont know man i think smokes tp punch is awsome

it will make a subzero regret trying to use his clone

Ice Clone- Changes spacing game TOTALLY against sub-zero. Locks down people in the corner.
Spin- Universal swiss army knife, very fast as well. Launches, relieves pressure and like Ice clone, conditions your opponent to respect it.
Raiden Teleport- Best teleport in the game, fast, allows for mix ups.
Reptile Dash- Fast move to punish many moves, can extend combos, can build meter while screwing up your opponents wake up.
Kitana Fans- Enhanced and normal version can go for tons of unbreakable damage. Can also be done in the air.
