Ren And Stimpy was the shit in the 90's I loved that show I'd say that is the most fucked up cartoon ever made IMO (but in a good way) I think its on par with Superjail. Rocko's Modern Life also had some adult jokes and humor in it too.

I'm from Canada but it was on Teletoon. Canadian channel I think but they showed it in the same block as the shows you mentioned. Followed by a weird 30 second cartoon of a woman gettin naked. Canada's weird. <.<
