CR joined EPL from Lisbon when he was a teenager Ozil joined Arsenal when he was a sensation at Bernabeu. Granted, it certainly takes time for players to settle in. But he's not at the top of his game, plus even Ramsey performed well for a couple of games when Ozil's true quality wasn't there, hence, fa cup this season and has been shooting for the last CL spot last few seasons.
