Kotal's has been shown, but not Cassie's.
According to @colt, if they're playing on the same monitor, there's like a 3 second input delay and their button presses aren't registering properly. That's what he said when he replied to one of my comments here the other day.
Kotal's is in one of the demos from yesterday. He jabs a dagger through your throat, twists it, then knees you away.
Maximilian seems to have seen them? He had a lot of details regarding them on his Youtube impressions, but no video of either Cassie's X-ray or Scorpion's Fatality
I remember the same thing for MK 9 and Injustice. It seems as though they're playing poorly on purpose and they never use block.
Kotal yes. Cassie, no.
At some point they decide who they want to win, and the other player just sits there until fatality.
This has actually been reported for the last couple years at e3 on the stream rigs at ign / gamespot / etc. I remember Sabin saying it was almost impossible to do Injustice stuff on the stream station that they were pulling off at the live demos. They must just have really shitty monitors set up.

You do know most of these questions can't even be answered right now. They'll be adjusting crap like this up until the day its released.
I, for one, thought "What's Ed Boon's favorite character" was very compelling, and I was flummoxed to learn that it's Scorpion. Flummoxed.
Give it time. The game was just announced. You have at least a year of trailers and teases and mkasts and whatever else they have planned. I just hope they don't do another obnoxious 6 months of silence around the holidays like they did with Injustice. The Battle Arena was neat but it didn't make up for the weeks and weeks of having nothing to talk about but the same 2 trailers from comiccon.
I meant they don't want to show them on stream where there's obviously a wider audience. They probably want to shock the hell out of people at a later time during another presentation where the game is more refined.
Exactly. I saw a block maybe once or twice and that's it. You didn't even see them try to block half the time. Just walk forward and then stop and wait to get hit.
