New Mortal Kombat 9 Patch Resets All Win/Losses

Hello guys and girls, due to the server switch up and the patch that came out recently, i have noticed that the gameplay online in Mortal Kombat has been elevated from 6 to 8/10. However at the cost of resetting all the wins and losses.

I am sure that it is the whatever price you payed. Because new Mortal Kombat is coming in less than a year and wins and losses should not matter to anyone, unless they want to make their profile flashy and beat bunch of scrubs.

I felt that it is important to inform all of you who has not yet updated the Mortal Kombat 9, when you will go online and see that everyone has 10 wins and 10 losses (example) do not be surprised, and also do not be surprised that you will start from the 0 as well. on the bright side for playstation users... the trophies have not been reset. (there are several trophies, that you get after having certain amount of wins and respect points from online.)

Now, enjoy the new servers because i have.

Iv noticed vs wakeup attacks some things have changed, such as timing, and not having to block while delaying wakeup. Ex. Kunglaos hat throw will pass by while delaying wakeup.

Is the Xbox 360 version getting a patch though, as I thought the game used Xbox LIVE's service as opposed to GameSpy.

The new servers are fabulous. Plus the conversation on mic is MUCH better… no delay.

why dont you just try it out. It might work for them, but not for you. MK online has always been buggy sometimes.

The whole "Online is so much better" is all in people's heads, I swear. Only thing this update did was remove the gamespy logo, fixed the green dots so now you can see who has a decent connection, and reset the stats. I think the stat reset is temporary too because I saw some people with 6000+ wins still.
