Zaf used to play Batman.I'm surprised there's no flash or batman. I feel like learning either of them two. I also started playing WoWo. If you guys go this Friday or Sunday I'm down for a few games.
Nope, no one mains Flash in mtl.No Flash mains? Good luck at CECC 2
No MAT? That's good, in a way. It gives us another year to level. MK10 is off by at least another 12 months and there seems to be quite a bit of interest in IGAU, we're almost a solid 10-12 now. Just look at the other page where I tagged a bunch of peeps. We have a good head count and character variety. IMO we need to establish a stable showing and run some ranbats before we attempt a tournament. There's not MAT this year but there's another tournament, I'm sure I can get Injustice at it though.
I play Babs/NW/whoever honestly. I can play DD also. I could also learn flash, but meh

Myself I've been on and off the past year and haven't truly even gotten past the footsies of IGAU, objects and current meta of the game. Coming from an MK background the transition was less than natural and I think this is what caused the dry spell at Foonzo. The interest is definitely there now, a lot more than during the first summer of IGAU as far as I can remember. We seemed to have gotten our heads around what IGAU is and are only just now deciding to go with it.
There is a solid influx of new faces as well and the players I see showing up at Foonzo for IGAU have the interest, skill and potential to be great players we just have no training put behind the game so I find a tournament now wouldn't truly showcase anything. In fact, running a tournament would only demonstrate how badly prepared we all are and we would just be getting bopped by the basic setups of each character without really knowing what's going on. If we were to run a tournament I think I would play well fundamentally but get nailed by every single setup. I find a tournament in that condition is fraudulent and think we all have to start from the ground up. Casuals, ranbats and gain a stable showing then we can start throwing tournaments.
We don't want to see my Nightwing win by doing j3~Wing Dings now do we.
You, Zaf and Ecodus seem the most fit to take the lead on all of this as you have past experience running ranbats and tournaments.
My NW does the same crap he did last summer lolYour NW would get bopped
Yeah I'm down to run stuff again. I'll be going to Foonzo on Sunday, @zaf can't because he has to work.
I've been an online warrior but I'm getting kind of sick of it especially if we have enough numbers for an offline sceneMy NW does the same crap he did last summer lol
Edit: Good to hear you're back in charge, us headless chickens have been running in circles for far too long.
=)
I think we're all starting to come to this realizationI've been an online warrior but I'm getting kind of sick of it especially if we have enough numbers for an offline scene
There are subtleties (that are still important) that are just starting to irritate me a lot. Frame advantage for one.....I got poked out of something I was +19 on. Ugh.I think we're all starting to come to this realization
Big test monday so I'm MIA tomorrow. Next sunday, prepare yourself for the reveal of my MartianI finish work at 7, if you guys are still there I'll go
