DLC Characters
DLC characters WILL be available to play in tournament and casuals both, so if you have absolute no experience against one or all of the DLC characters, you better play someone who does play them in casuals because we ARE NOT BANNING THEM!**
**Freddy MIGHT be banned if they don't fix his glitch. Until then, I'm going to say he's banned.
UMK3 Cyrax costume is banned, since it still has the bomb trap which was patched.
MK2 Smoke costume is banned because it still has the Smoke Bomb OTG which was also patched.
