Blue Blurs for Life!
Week after week, America has continued to see one hype Injustice tournament after another. Today, the trend continues up at the Canadian lands where players threw down in Toryuken 3 until only four champions remained. Last year, GGA Jeremiah brought about the Apocalypse with his Doomsday, but he would not return to defend his reign and so this Top 4 would bring about the crowning of a new champion. With two of these players having established impressive reputations for themselves since ECT, everyone at this tournament knew that they would be in for intense battles!
For the first match, another chapter would be added to a rivalry between the KHAOTIC and EMPEROR clans. Kicking off the Loser's Semifinals were Emperor Rebelo's Green Lantern and KHAOTIC Biohazard's Bane. Although Rebelo fought valiantly and even attempted a stage switch to tip the odds into his favor, Biohazard's tendency to get drunk on Venom was far too destructive, and the match ended with a 3-0 victory in Bio's favor.
The time had come for Winner's Finals. Having achieved Top 8 at ECT, KHAOTIC HoneyBee sped into action with a strengthened resolve to win it all, but xGunShow answered this resolution by breaking out the infamous Kryptonian general, Zod. What followed would prove to be a catastrophic set between a powerful zoning game and the Flash's relentless mix-up assaults, the set dragging out to five long games with alternating outcomes between the players. In the end, one final wrong guess from Zod brings the victory to HoneyBee!
Who would acquire the second spot in Grand Finals? A conflict between Biohazard and xGunShow at the Wayne Manor's dining room would serve to answer that question. Although Bane derives the most satisfaction from breaking the Dark Knight's back, he's willing to settle for any victim, but Zod would not allow himself to be sent to the hospital in a full body cast, as proven by his 3-1 victory which sends KHAOTIC Biohazard home at 3rd place and guarantees a runback in Grand Finals!
The final battle for Toryuken 3 would be set at the prosperous lands of Themyscira. xGunShow was in the process of mounting a comeback, but with how difficult it is for even Zod to keep the crimson speedster from overwhelming him, he would not have it easy. When his final attempt at a cross-up set-up with his trait failed against Flash's d2, HoneyBee tasted ultimate victory in Grand Finals and sent a message to everyone watching! Congratulations to KHAOTIC HoneyBee for claiming the win and bringing glory to his KHAOTIC clan and the Flash community!
