During our last tournament, I realized that the Stream Control scoreboard that I made that offcast used didn't quite fit in with Injustice. With this in mind, I set out to to create a scoreboard that would be perfect for the game, while retaining many of the features in the scoreboard we used (national flags, lower thirds label).
The result of this is this Dark Knight themed scoreboard.
Obviously based on the Batman logo used in the Nolan films. The design works quite well on the upper edge of the screen.
Aside from player names and scores, this also has the national flags that so far only a few streams have been using. As the community grows, I'd really like to see more people use these.
In addition to the scoreboard, I've also created a label that scrolls in from the left on the lower third of the screen. This can be used for the commentator cam or just whenever you need to identify whoever's on camera.
This also makes it so that the label is controlled via Stream Control as well.
If you want to use this on your stream, you can download it here.
Take note however that using HTML5 is different from using Flash and Stream Control needs to be configured accordingly.
Where Stream Control asks you to for the location of the Xsplit folder, you will instead need to point it to the folder of the overlay (i.e. C:\...\dark_knight\).
This same configuration needs to be done OBS.
Speaking of OBS, you will need the CLR_Browser plug in or any similar plug in as OBS does not support HTML5 out of the box.
You can find instructions on using Stream Control with OBS here.
