Tech My version of Grundy's inescapable WC reset

This wouldn't have been found if @ETC AdmiralAugustus and HP Hatecraft haven't showed us HP's inescapable WC reset. When I first saw this, I don't know why I didn't ask myself "if d1 whiffs and makes it inescapable, couldn't a MBGR possibly make it inescapable too?'. So I went into the lab, and after a day of testing, you CAN MBGR to make it an inescapable reset. And the best part is you can do this on any stage, you do not need to be spaced from your opponent after MBSH to do this.

So the combo I've got the most damage with on this is to crossup with ji2, 112MBSH, MBGR, MBWC, 1b2 health trait. 23%+76%=99% reset for 3 bars
27%+83%=110% in power chain.

yeah i just tested, its pretty dirty if grundy got any mid screen damage from that set up he would be the new cyrax. in the corner its GG.

actually if you do MBGR then WC too fast it will all count as a combo, and MBGR doesn't reset the hit count after MBSH because i tried MBSH then MBGR into f1, recorded it and tried to block and i couldn't.

EDIT: HP's testing leads him to believe this might be backdashable, unfortunately :(

As for midscreen resets, why not use his regular command grab?? Not his trait grab but the one when he throws his opponent in the air. I could see some potentional in that.

Hm, I think its possible as well... maybe a small window to do so though.

we have 78 frames to do the following
ex GraveRot (frames don't seem right for this, says 60 aka 1 second)
WC (35 frames)

EDIT: It shouldn't be back dashable, because it combos... if you can land a free WC off a ex swamp hands, then it should be guaranteed? Or is the free WC off of a b1 only?
