Question Which character should Zod players use against Martian Manhunter?

Because Cyborg fucking sucks...? His one thing he does decently doesn't even work vs MMH, and he pretty much sucks everywhere else.

I think Doomsday is the best choice. Doomsday is a great character for players with strong fundamentals and a 5-5 against MMH.


Lex is another option, but much harder to become good with execution wise. Or just chose MMH himself since that is a guaranteed 5-5

Doomsday is the obvious choice, every single MMH player hates Doomsday and loves to press buttons, as they should most of the time. Doomsday is the best character in the game if you want to easily get in a zone where most MMH players are extremely uncomfortable, up close.

And if you look at the scenes, which MMH plays frequently against a DD on Noobe's lvl?

because Martian Manhunter isn't that bad and you don't have to lose half your health getting close enough to maybe get a chance to read something which will most likely be a backdash you can't chase

Pretty sure it got confirmed that it wasn't a 9:1 MU and theres some 10 min video on that.
DS's low guns were nerfed on the premise it did huge amounts of chip, had too much advantage on block, and all of that jazz.
If you want low guns back, you'll have to surrender the wake-up invuln on your sword flip so I can b.2 you on wake-up again like I used to.

i dont know if you are up for that sort of thing though because zodd is for players that dont like to resort to fundamentals

Half those characters require you to be in their face at all times if you want to succeed, and the rest don't have as great as zoning as zod or others.

I can if NRS buffs Zod's trait to have 8 seconds of cool down (which, by the way, is what Martian Manhunter's trait has) or b+2 to be an overhead (which, by the way, is what Martian Manhunter's b+2 is).

Because no one plays the goddamn character. I tried doing a memory game with half the cast and I missed him 100% of the time. RIP Cyborg died before he could live.
