The song you had seems more like a downtempo remix of a Flying Lotus song.

Flying Lotus is pretty awesome. I'd say most of his music is a combination of trip hop, downtempo, and IDM, with some electronica.

You should check out his album Cosmogramma, see if you like that, and go from there.

If you like Flying Lotus you should check out Actress as well, similar kind of music.

For downtempo check out Bonobo or Royksopp.
