Money Match Vids w/ Chris G from Final Round

Hello! Finally posted all money matches from Final Round where we got a chance to play Chris G at Doombawkz's hotel room.

The people that were there were:
@7L
@Kitana Prime
@Emperor DMS
@Doombawkz
@Indecisive
@DarthArma
@Syknis
and me, Digit
(forgot if anyone else was there to watch but I think that was all of us)

But only 4 of us played him (7L, Doombawkz, Digit, & Syknis)
ALL the matches were a First to 5 set.


Watch as Chris G gives us a pretty tough time with his godlike reads, showing that he's overall a solid player and still has it in him for Injustice.

Out of everyone, Syknis was the only one able to beat him and take his moneyz! Aquaman too strong for Chris G lol

RESULTS:
7L went 3-5
Doombawkz at least got one win with a super lol =] 1-5
I, Digit, went 2-5
Syknis went 5-3

Daww I feel you held back earlier and towards the end you were fighting like your normal self. You should've told him to switch! I would've liked to have seen how that would go down

lol... Honestly I hate scorpion. Seriously, fuck that character xD
And I didn't wanna be like "Yo Chris G, lemme hit up that 7-3 my favor in this MM". The guy stuck to what gave him the best odds, I can respect it.

Ahh gotcha. I respect that. Syknis had it easy cuz he couldn't do anything bout his trait lol :DOGE
By the way I don't think you clashed at all your whole set. You coulda had a better chance I think :eek:
If you ever get another chance to play Chris G, would you play his Green Arrow? I'm sure he'd still give you a hell of a fight disregarding matchup favor.

I don't bother with the clash sometimes because, honestly, I can tell when I'm not going to win. An extra 33% doesn't do much of anything for me when he has at least 80% up on me and nearly full meter.

I'd probably still lose to Green Arrow haha. You have to play a certain way to beat him, and I just haven't gotten to that point yet.

:eek: it's all about comeback factor tho! Can't just give up like that, even in tourney >_>
I go through some of the worst match ups with Shazam but still try to fight it out and sometimes win to my success. I think in worst case scenarios, take chances and surprise yourself. Because you never know what may happen, especially in this game.
