Seriously guys, all bullshit and drama aside thank you so much for all the effort put into these awesome tournaments.

Thank you to Mr Aquaman for taking time out of his day and staying up super late on his birthday nonetheless to stream the rest of the xbox 2 tourney for us because Blake couldn't finish it.

Thank you to Blake for streaming the other tourneys and providing hype commentary and professionalism.

And last but not least thanks to Pig, you didn't have to do any of this but yet your love for this community has shone through. You organized to make people's dreams come true by sending them to EVO and for that, we thank you.

Congrats to everyone that participated and to the winners. Hope to see you guys do well at EVO.

Don't thank me too much. :(

The sound issue was an annoyance and one I hadn't seen coming. Luckily @Bibulus stepped in to help me clear it up. I'm still unfamiliar with the stream equipment I began using ever since I made it out to Atlanta, but I promise I will get it mastered fully in the near future.

As for being unable to connect to any players in my King of the Hill sessions, I discovered the reason why. Apparently, Microsoft chose tonight to put the matchmaking system under maintenance, which meant that I couldn't connect to anyone online at all. Not in MK, and not in Injustice. And in the past days leading up to this one, the online service was working just fine. I could even connect in a King of the Hill on MK9 last weekend. So why it chose not to work tonight was beyond me until I got the service alert when I tested my connection on Xbox.

In addition, I'm going to confess that I unintentionally altered the brackets when I removed Gross from them before the beginning of the tournament. The reason I did so was because Pig confirmed with me that Gross would not be able to make it, so I proceeded to remove him but didn't think about how this would mess up the brackets for the other players. Fortunately, I found a quick fix to it and we were back in business. So if any of you reviewed the brackets before and after the tournament started and you became confused, please accept my sincerest apologies.

I've run plenty of Pig's tournaments before and they usually unfolded with no problems aside from occasional lag-outs in the matches (what's to be expected when you play online?), so tonight marks my first failure in doing so. I know @AK Pig Of The Hut takes his tournaments to heart and so do I, so messing up at a time where we couldn't afford for it to happen left me feeling disappointed in myself. But I swear to all of you...it won't happen again. I don't like it when things go wrong.

That being said, I thank @Mr Aquaman for stepping in to save the stream when it was apparent that I couldn't continue. You rock, man, and both I and the community owe you one. I wanted to take care of streaming the XBL tourney for you so as to take a load off your plate, but...yeah. :(

I really wanted Foxy to win this, but congrats to Jupiter.

Anyone can fill me in on the drama? What happened? What's this P2W/Foxy business?

Basically P2W wanted button checks to test for lag so after Foxy won 2 games of P2W doing nothing, P2W got his lag test. But instead of going back to the original first match stage he chose Ferris instead which ended in him winning the first match. It looked as though P2W was going to win the series 3-2 before it ended although both had broken the stage rules so the match was ended and Pig made the decision to have them replay the set.

Foxy then won convincingly 3-0. Afterwards P2W played BipolarExpress and got upset when Bupolar clicked rematch even though from what I can tell P2W clicked stage select anyways. P2W maintains that they only played one match which Bipolar won before he forfeited while Bipolar said he won 3 times without losing a life bar in any of them. P2W then had a huge bitch fit demanding a refund from Pig which can be seen in the other thread and that's about it. Anyone feel free to correct me if I said anything incorrect

It actually baffles me that some fell into the "face turn" nonsense. An obnoxious prick is still an obnoxious prick.

Sorry i pass out mid grand finals, had a feeling I would, thank brady and one of my locals for blowing up my phone haha. 6 hours in I was done, and anytime guys, had a blast like always and seeing these guys play more than at majors is always exciting. Foxy looked hella stronk.

Great games to who I played as well.

100% These things are great for the community. We all forget, Pig originated this TWO years ago for final round...he does this because he loves to watch his online brethren succeed offline.

I may of had my own connection issues but they're unavoidable....FiOS Quantum, wired connection, open NAT and STILL can't connect to my opponent...Oh well.

I look forward to more of these, shout outs to all 3 of those guys, Jupiter, and everyone who participated.

Yeah, I honestly wish there was a way to get Foxy to EVO. Where does he stand financially? As in, how much has he saved up? I'll be happy to help.

You guys did a great job! Although I was a bit gutted Foxy lost such a close set, it was still an amazing finals to watch. Jupiter has a godlike MMH.

Foxy NEEDS to go to EVO!
