theres nothing to talk about with cyborg really. his setups are all either known, or shitty
this is a cyborg game from round start:
grapple, throw ianb, high ex nb, missles, throw ianb, hit them out of interactables and jumps with nb, once youre in the corner get a knockdown or something and grapple away, block, mbb3, uppercut..if theyre in the corner do the uppercut combo

thats it. his gameplan is simple and his setups are ass so theres nothing to talk about.
