I normally not really one to make a threads and such but last night i was kind of inspired....maybe its the theater major in me i'm not really sure...maybe its because Texas Showdown is coming up.
So after watching some commercial Starring P. Diddy i heard the audio for a Song called "Happy" By Pharrell Williams. I finally decided to check out the actual video...
And it got my thinking a bit...so its a cool feel good video showcasing regular people and also actors and actresses (Steve Carell, Miranda Cosgrove, and i dont want to spoil the rest if you haven't seen the whole thing..). So i thought wow this is a very cool idea...well wait a sec....wouldn't this be cool to shoot a Lip Synced version of this video...but featuring the FGC?
I think it would be fun to see some of the FGC's very own moving to the beat of their own drum in a sense. How would you guys feel about seeing the likes of @Tom Brady , @AK Pig Of The Hut , REO,@Cat ,@Sabin , TYM members and staff, Kombat Houston (@KH Royale , @Mattix @Digit ,@HandySavage and @Showtime ) and some of the other members of the FGC (from all walks of life) in a quick little project like that?
I feel like it would be a very cool thing to be able to direct.
I know this might be an odd post but i guess the video just got gears turning in my brain a bit...yes the original video is very cool but i think it would be very cool to shoot an "homage" cover to the video featuring people who we know and associate with...
Its a long shot and a radical idea but what do you guys think? Would this be something you guys might like to see? I guess its just cause being a part of this community makes me well...happy.
