but that only happens on newsgroups I have yet to see a speedtest slow down/throttle on the entier web. Sometimes on torrernts i think but i dont use them no more.

twitch i haven't noticed any throttle but at times i have to use firefox for video and chrome for chat. Now in regards to netflix yeah i agree been shit for awhile now and takes way to long to start. SMH so much for net neutrality.
