If you backdash it right the low option will be avoided and the overhead and high option will be blocked.

Mate, I play BG I know she is advantage after high cartwheel. I also know that throwing it out is a big risk because it = -40%+ on whiff. The fact that no-one is punishing cartwheel yet doesn't make it exceptional. Also you can jump out/backdash any follow up outside the corner (of course of you bait the jump you get a free tele/dash up df2 but that's another thing entirely)
