So I'm a little confuse are people mad because they have to wake up mad early to play in INJ Top 8 or are they mad because it wouldn't get as many views as said MvC3 and AE because its in the freaking morning?

I know tekken gets a lot of shit however:

1) There game didn't make EVO
2) Final Round, just like KIT, is a tekken major
3) They have more entrants
4) I'm pretty sure there's is going to be a lot of international competition for tekken as well (I'm sure more than injustice)
5) They have more entrants

And seriously, tekken is my favorite fighting game franchise, but I'm sure as hell NO ONE on this forum wants to be waiting for tekken to finish up before injustice. Tekken might even be 3/5 considering this is Final Round, and considering how the 2d community sees tekken as being boring as hell, 11am isn't terrible as it seems.

Amen to this. The NRS community can leave for food and casuals, and the viewers at home don't have to sit through a 2 hour Tekken layover to make sure they don't miss Top 8. It's a win/win.

Tekken has more entrants, so it gets the better spot. That's usually my go-to argument for "why the fuck doesn't Injustice get a better spot".

So on the main stream it's arguably the four most popular games in order of registrants.

If anyone is still salty about, just remember your game is going to EVO, success is the best revenge etc.

It seems that we have no right to complain, tekken has way more entrants than injustice.
there is nothing to argue here.
We can't ask for a prime time when the games with the prime time slots have more entrants.

Saturday night is people wanting to play casuals with people from all over the country that they don't get to play. This and UFGT are like the last chances to get casuals in from other scenes before EVO. Most will be up till 6am Saturday.

But it is what it is. But you have to understand how little time we get to play each other and how little setups there are etc. etc.

Then why aren't people bringing setups for casuals specifically? I know I bring it up a ton but fuck this has been the anime community situation for damn near 10 years and you know what we do? We bring setups, usually everyone brings a couple and we get down, and if Finals are in the morning? People in Top 8 go to bed early then after we got all day to kick it.
