Im not quitting on my character, I chose NW so i'll have to put up with the MU's, and how the game plays. I don't think NW is that bad but idk maybe I'm not seeing what you guys are. there are some MU's where I get mad at NW like supes, and GL but I still play him. I was taught by older players that no character is crazy bad, they all have tools and if you have the Fundamentals then you can win. This always runs through my head and makes me wana play smarter.

It's hella gimmicky. A lot of NW stuff is. If you win with it, its cause your opponent was respecting you way too hard for some reason. Whatever works tho.

It's hella gimmicky. A lot of NW stuff is. If you win with it, its cause your opponent was respecting you way too hard for some reason. Whatever works tho.

But it's not even safe to do. If a Superman punishes that you eat 40% and now you're in the corner. It's a 1 trick pony. A smart player know not to block low on NIghtwing in escrima. You gotta look at that risk/reward.

Like to give a congrats to @macro Played well in our lil Local Tourney today. Put me in losers first round think it was 3-1. No salt on my end :3 good to see your Hard work pay off. Even though you didn't win you I watched and discussed with Juicy jr that you played smarter, became less patterned , and are slowly getting better. I'll hit you up and show you how to play against shadows Hawkgirl. As for Jr he is my training partner and just knows what how to play the MU.

has anyone else done the Staff mode quick stand with B3, F3. I've had this happen 3 time randomly and Have no idea how. its happened to @macro and mello. usually what happens is I want uncrushable damage so I do whatever combo into B3, then the F3 causes the opponent to stand almost instantly its kinda weird.

It happens wen your f3 hits at the last possible frames before they hit the ground.

I hate it actually because it puts you at negative

Yeah that happens with most (if not all) B3 F3 combos in the game.
You can even do that with F3 F3.
Just delay the F3 as much as you can so it hits them almost when they hit the ground.

Forget the J1/J2 mixup after that quick standing reset if that's what you're thinking about lol.
It puts you in the perfect distance for that mixup, but as LOTF said you are actually at negative so they can move before you jump.

The F3 puts you at a distance that is too far to grab your opponent. You need to dash or jump.

So guys i found a start of a new vortex that takes no meter and it's off of EF.
So lets say you do F213 Dash and then do NJ3 you will be on the right
or left side but then you can start doing U3D3 to crossup and stuff
there wake up with a hard knock down. Also this one time i tried a
just a U3 and it crossed up there wake up and placed them
right next to me like when WoWo does her F3 setup
but i have not been able to get that one since.
But ya i need your guys help on this one.

If you do U3 quickly right after a U3D3 knockdown you get that whiffing cross up.
