There's a difference between knowing a matchup and knowing enough to negate 80% of a character's gameplan with 3 buttons.

I've played him with my Joker.

When your character beats another 7-3/8-2 and 90% of the time Joker will not stay in then you don't know what he can fully do when that occurs 2-3 times a game. Same applies to any other matchup. When a character doesn't have an overwhelming advantage then he is forced to deal with what the opponent also has, something that Zod doesn't need to to a large extent.

I agree with Qwark. I have shown KDZ, Arma, and Fran pretty much every ounce of tech that character has, so they're ready, but they are on his team lol. Idk, he might not even know all the tech options. You need a lot of patience with Joker and this is a kid that is known for being "yolo"... but with good fundamentals, you can pull some good shit off. I think he is going to turn some heads and is probably the caliber of player that is needed to show this community what Joker is really capable of. I fucking despise that kid too lol, but real talk, get ready for some potential blow-ups depending on how well @SonicFox5000 knows the matchups. I look forward to watching! Who knows, maybe I'll even learn something.

I honestly think the Joker forums have picked through just about everything that the character has. I think most people will look at some of the stuff he does and say "WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?!?!?!" but, while I hope I see something I haven't seen for him yet, not to sound douchey but I kinda doubt I will. I'm more looking forward to watching how he handles the character in general to see what he does in some matchups to compare and contrast with how some of us currently think they should be played and how effective his style is. It's gonna be streamed right? Really wanna watch this. I wanted to come, but I wasn't sure until after pre-reg closed whether me and some of my crew could go down and we really didn't wanna just get thrown in the same pool right off lol.

Lol I do that sometimes because it has some weird throw immunity properties and is partially invincible, but it's reactable and full combo punishable by alot of the cast, so it's only good with solid reads in some matchups and if you've REALLY conditioned someone.
