Cyrax lost meter for empty projectiles, I think it's weird that MMH gains it. It would be cool if they fix it since I guess they still care, but if not whatever, he's the top tier anyway.

I don't know it's just that recently every time I see a character having something good it gets me mad salty because NW doesn't have shit :S

Probably the same reason his MB B3 has 2 hits.

All seriousness, I'm not crying for Manhunter to be banned or that he's broken...but I honestly don't understand how the hell he makes any kind of sense from a balancing perspective. Most characters in the game have some kind of observable weakness like poor wakeups or weak zoning, but it feels like with Manhunter NRS almost specifically designed him the best character in the game. I can't help but feel like if this were a Capcom game he would be balanced out by having Seth level health.

It gets me more "salty" when people say NW sux or doesn't have tools when he has fast kross ups, frame traps, and tons of chip. Maybe it's because I use(d) Arrow for the longest and I just hear them komplain while I go up and get Wingdinged or "outfootsied" to death.

Exactly. Day 1, I looked at it and was like WTF? 5 frames? Top tier D1. 12 Frame ranged normal? 10 frame ranged normal? Awesome!

I don't know how he does against GA but his "fast kross ups" which is supposed to be overhead, get this, WHIFFS ON DAMNED CROUCHING CHARACTERS!!! Unless you MB it of course. Also once you get used to it you can start blocking it because it's not ambiguous like most cross-ups in this game.
His frame traps are good but the main problem is that the start-up on all his moves (in Staff, which has the good frame traps) is very, very slow. Making the frame-traps kind of useless (you will only get a couple of percent chip damage after the frame-trap mostly).
His tons of chip is mainly on that Staff Spin. Which I love to abuse, but unless you MB it does pushback and is -6 on block so you gave up your pressure and your spacing which NW really needs. The MB Staff Spin is really, really good though and I freakin' love that move.
And finally don't talk to me about Wingdings they are negative ON HIT :S It's good for online games but when playing offline against someone good they aren't that good, trust me.
