Bane's is 12 frames.

Right and it has an enormous phantom hitbox. Sinestro's D2 has a very specific range from which it can hit and if you aren't right on the money, it will trade or get straight up beat.

Moved Batman and Scorpion up, moved Sinestro to the bottom of top tier, and put Wonder Woman in top tier.

BA's D2 is basically like Smoke's AA, it works well on most jump ins with the right timing, it only really loses to the better J3s and AM/CW J2. I'd say it's mid tier.

I agree about Nightwing's d2s. His Escrima d2 is fucking useless.

WW's beats pretty much all jumping normals.
Sword stance does too, and its much faster.

I think its cause she uses weapons that dont count as a part of her hitbox.

Where would you rank her Sword D2?

It's minus 14 but can be canceled to blossom for +5 or to shitty 50/50 with crowbar/rlg. Deathstroke is +1 on block. Grundys is great for only above his head and worthless horizontally

Mostly anti air use, but uses as a footsie tool and risk/reward are factored in as well.

Yeah Green Arrow's is better than ppl give it credit for. That's why its at the top of mid tier.

He can do 11 xx MB Swamp Hands, J2, B1 for the reset. It's like 40ish percent I believe.

That's B1, but you get a guaranteed trait grab off of it which automatically adds 30% to the combo.
