Answer to hard Rush-Down?

I'm not asking about your casual player here. I'm talking somebody with the intensity of PL's Doomsday that rushes you down with characters like Flash, Ares, Raven, ETC.

How do you even get out of their insane pressure? My wake-ups get stuffed every time, when I push block they just jump back in or use an armor special to get through it (Happened with DD last night.) I honestly need to up my game and start using command grab frame-traps cause my High/Low mix-ups aren't working on players that are clearly much better than me. Any advice, I can beat most casual players. But playing some of you guys on TYM I can't even begin to go offensive in any of our sets. :( Armor F3 or B3 doesn't work either.

One way could be to make the match about armor. If they just get back in your anus after a pushblock (which is the default answer) then do things to force the meter juice out of them, so that you have meterburn hards as your option, and are able to punish unsafe specials (that are made safe with meter). Learn the frame data and don't try to poke out of frame traps, and work on your spacing. If you can't go offensive, stand back and let them come to you. Some players have excellent rushdown, but can't take what they dish. Others have misleadingly great rush down, but really excel when you attempt to bring the fight to them. Unless we can get into specifics, I don't think much can be done without knowing exactly what you're doing wrong. But like with any fighting game-replicate the events in practice mode and go at it options wise.

Or, if you're a wise man, against Doomsday you'll use a character with a parry that makes his rush down more irrelevant than S club 7

Here's a specific scenario, say a Flash player is rushing you down. He does a combo that not only puts you in the corner but does a ton of damage as well. Your wake-up attack starts to come out but he stuffs it with a neutral jump whatever or armored special. Then knocks you down again. At this point he's either gonna go high or low because every time you try to wake-up he stuffs it. What do you do?

When it comes to having to guess whether or not they're gonna go high or low, all you can do is just that: guess.

Also, a good rule of thumb is this: You don't always have to wake-up. Sometimes it's better to just try and block, especially if the player knows how to shut down your wake-up options.

I'll keep that in mind.

Well the only character with a parry I'm considering learning is Joker, but according to everyone here he's worse than Lobo.
I'm not gonna even touch on the subject of how good/bad The Joker is. :p I'll let other folks do that for me.

Lobo, however, is nowhere near being the worst anymore, mainly due to 1.06.

What kind of character type are you into? Zoning, rushdown, hybrid, etc?

Ares and Deathstroke's D1s are lows. And just look at how they fare

No hate. I was just speaking your username.
While this is true, there is one more thing that's true as well: They're not Doomsday.

I'm a jack of all trades kinda guy I suppose. I really liked Lobo cause he's all about Oki but the issue is it's a double edged-sword, because his normals aren't exactly the quickest in the game. And while I can zone with his shotgun now, I need to bait an opportunity cause that's slow as hell also.

I've traditionally played grapplers so I also use Grundy and Bane, but I suppose I'm leaning towards rush-down cause in injustice the only characters I've been successful with are ones that NEED to get in to do damage DD, Grundy, Bane, Lobo. Although my DD is far from good, he's quite free actually.
