I'm gonna make this skill gap... disappear.
Yeah, a lot of people had issues with NEC, mainly regarding the relative back seat Injustice was given despite the fact that it had the third most registrants.
It left a lot of people feeling rather disenfranchised and as though we deserved better for our money and support of the community.
I'm still new to this community, but this is what a lot of people have been saying, and accurately describes my experience and thoughts after NEC.

That's good to hear, and I agree, but don't let a few irresponsible people make you think our entire community operates like this.

Some are more bothered than others. NEC was a tournament that did a lot for this community and really helped to revitalize things in somewhat uncertain times, but it's pretty horrifying that it almost didn't even get streamed if it weren't for the actions of a few key members of the community, you know?
Regardless, it's all out on the table now. Let's everyone just take what they've learned on both sides and move forward.

There seems to be quite a dead area coming though in the future with UFGT bowing out between april -June (I know SJ is still in may though) but also after TFC (Early Sep-dec) is a massive dead space.

I feel like spacing of these events should be further out

The stream thing was all me and the hotel and I said that at the event but the other stuff that happened at Nec I DIDNT know about at ALL.

Listen I break my neck for the NRS Fgc but if no one is willing to tell me what's going on the day of the event are right after the event than how can I fix anything. Telling me a week before my next event isn't going to help anyone.

It's also crazy that some of the people doing all the hating are some of the same ones that have try to do slick shit at last years nec and than try to blast me for it.

So called leaders. Man up and talk to me like a man, other than that STAY AWAY.

Well like I said, it's all out in the air now. We know to come to you sooner with issues in person, you know what issues were had. Let's drop this drama bullshit and move forward.

If you still plan on coming to wb8 online Pre-Reg ends Friday February 14th at 11:59pm.

Group rate discount at the clarion hotel ends Friday the 14th at 5pm sorry.
We sold 356 rooms already.

Please hurry up and pre-reg and book your rooms.

If your a Gears player causal for gears will be up and running Friday night. (We have 32 team already for Gears)

The arcade room will be up and running Friday night till 2am

Team tournaments will start Friday night in the crystal Ballroom at 7pm

If your in town Thurs night (25 rooms sold for Thursday already) you can come party with me at the club I work at :) first round of my new drink will be on me. Lol lol.

Go for the experience, The hype and the fun. You never know how good or bad you will do unless you can go. I would kill to be able to go this tournament. But school is preventing me from going. Meet new people, Meet people from TYM. be apart of the experience. And who knows you may even surprise yourself with how well you do. Or you can go to my finance class for me and i could take your place. ^_^
