Every Shazam I've played I pretty much crush. Then I decided to play him for a couple of hours and (I already Bane and Lobo) don't need a 3rd grappler. But I refuse to believe he's that bad with his psuedo-jails, his low command grab, and the fact he can disrespect oki. And if in a situation with the life lead on a knockdown. MB Lightning toss for some damn good chip. Also that new launcher he got in the last patch. Its reach man.

This is just me, but i'd put him next to Harley. He can deal with many of those you placed in the upper tier and only struggles with those in the upper-mid tier. Feel free to blow me up cause I don't know all these MUs at a high level.

Low launcher - Check

Able to vortex using a low/overhead into trance and flipping opponent's buttons (check)
Able to lock down rushdown with slow fireball and continuing to zone, teleport in - check
Lightning cage (trait) in corner shennanigans (check) Note: move has armor too
Quick meter building (chhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhheeeeeeeck)
Cross up ability (check / not batman strong, but damn good regardless j1 and f3) controllable
Curvable projectile that anti-airs into trance. (check)

If this game had babalities. You would've babied me with lex. I know. However there is a small gap between Zatanna, down to ares level. Its more like layers of the same fruit rather than different fruits entirely. You get me?

The overhead launcher has 20+ frames of start. Perhaps well-trained players will be able to react some day.

She is also a product of online lag. MB teleport is impossible to react to.
