Too long, didn't click: dev is taking down for mysterious, 'not due to legal action' reasons. Have till tomorrow if you want to download it. It's astoundingly mediocre for anyone expecting something great like I was, but certainly fun
Just searched iTunes Store

Can't find it

I mean, when you have people killing each other over the game (literally), there's really No other option but to take the game down.

Was on the windows store, just grabbed it today...maybe it went down sooner for Itunes

And @xKhaoTik care to elaborate? Only heard about the claims of copyright fraud
Some kid killed his brother cuz he beat his Flabby Bird score.

This game was like crack though, I deleted it like 3 times, than I got fed up and permanently deleted it.

Idk if it's true, but there's been two reports about murders due to the game. I remember one about a teen killing his brother over it.

Damn, for real? Game isn't that great, hit detection is wonky as fuck, no reason to be killing over it. Article was really vague, but I'd have some conscious issues as well if I were the dev. Poor bastard

Pretty obvious it was to avoid lawsuit from either Nintendo or whoever made that Piou Piou game(almost the same exact thing, look it up)

Probably because people began calling out the blatant rip-offs from Helicopter and Mario once they saw the big bucks he was reaping in. Let's support some originality here.

The game wasn't even that great to be honest.

Probably not, most of it seems to stem from all the shit he was getting from people. Don't blame him.

He blatantly ripped off other game developers, and made a mediocre game to boot.

I can certainly blame him, and I highly doubt anyone would throw away 50,000 a day just because they were receiving some flak(what game developer doesn't)?
