Hmm.. It kinda looked like you went in a lot of times when you didn't have to. But that's just my outside perspective. I've only played a pocket Lex. Soo many match ups I need to learn and all I have is theory fighting....

That's another thing I miss about the MK Days. Sure we had Kabal, Kenshi, and Sonya but at least people were motivated to get kasuals in and match up experience.

Take into account I haven't been playing at all until these gatherings started up again. I used to play the match better, it will come with time. I used to run with fire arrows a lot more.

@Red Reaper to be fair that was right when i got there and scoot hasn't been playing much either. so both of us were probably doing sloppy stuff

I'll take that into account. But videos (and this one seems to be the only one I've seen for the Lex MU) are like 25% of my theory fighting...

And theory fighting is like 50% of my match up experience.

Just keep in mind that I'm less strict about my commentators during weeklies. We're there to have fun also, and getting on the mic and shooting the breeze while talking about the match is fine during weeklies. During monthlies and ESPECIALLY during majors I demand quality, professional, and focused commentary or else I bring someone else on.

I'll try and have things a bit more focused in terms of commentary but remember, I don't play IGAU, so I'm nowhere near familiar with the game, unlike MK9 where I did play but not competitively so I was very familiar with the game and what it looked like (and how players thought) at high level. This made me able to commentate MK9, I'd be a blithering idiot commentating IGAU.

Regardless, I will try and ask my commentators to stay a bit more focused during the weeklies, but remember that I'm less strict during the weeklies regarding commentary.
