This week's WNF featured a number of old faces who came through to get some play time before SCR. Check out the footage below to see the whole tournament!
New Faces, but Familiar Results:
This week's WNF featured a few faces from the SoCal community who haven't been around lately. P Board, What's Her Name, US Bigboy, Awesome, Zodiac, and Immortal Angel were at Super Arcade this week to throw down with the usual regulars.
Even with the addition of these new comers, the results were fairly familiar, but the matches leading to WNF's top 3 were absolutely fantastic to watch. Featuring a Joker actually winning, US BigBoy's impressive Batman and Black Adam, and tons of unusual characters for our WNF regulars.
Notable Matches:
Even though the entire tournament had some great matches, nobody can deny that a few stood out. Fighting King's Joker taking out Red Reaper with some crazy fortress of solitude setups was an absolutely insane match to watch. US Bigboy's impressive match against Wonder Chef early in the tournament was another key match to check out, with Bigboy's Black Adam hitting one of the most ridiculous corner combos the world has ever seen.
Another of the most hype matches was Sonicboom Brad bringing out Bane in an back breaking series against Theo's Aquaman. If you missed this WNF, make sure to check out the archives below!
