Recently the well-known STB (Simply the Best) clan member, ShujinkyDink sent us some great footage of the scene he is part of on the far Northwest. Every week Dink has been driving five hours to Lynnwood, Washington for their "Saturday Night Slugfest" events where the quiet, humble and very talented players go to meet up, get games in and play in tournament. With their most recent tournament, Dink took 2nd place with his Martian Manhunter against several of the areas best players.

You can expect too see several of these players at the SoCal Regionals taking place Feb 28th - March 2nd in Irvine, California!

Saturday Slugfest 17.

almost moderate success
Does tym provide links to this tournament when its live? I usually only see recorded content from these.
Nw needs some exposure

Saturday Slugfest streams here (http://www.twitch.tv/teamkhaos) and generally starts at between 3pm and 4pm. I believe it is usually the second Saturday of the month, so I think next weekend it will be streaming. Generally all of the people listed above attend, and a few more random people like myself. If you live in the Washington state you should think about stopping by sometime. We could always use more players!

I work at GC, and we've been trying to focus more on the FGC, and getting players into the arcade to practice and get hype for SCR and NWM.

MOBAs are the thing most of the time, but we're working toward getting a consistent live stream and regular practices going :)
