To that I say, the Pax Romana was as much the responsibility of Augustus Caesar as it was his bitch wife Livia who was also responsible for it's downfall after his death (did pick back up, wasn't Rome's ultimate demise)
Latin is entirely phonetic, so Caesar is actually pronounced "Kie-Sar"
