I'm having troubles with timing the F2,1 teleport behind. Also is F2,1 followed by a F2,1 a frame trap?

It should be. f21 is +19 and f2 is 16frames startup so don't see why not. Also, with f21 teleport behind, just input it as the one string; f21duf and hit MB when you see her twirl.

Then why wouldn't people use this frame trap opposed to the F2,1 3 trap? It's a quicker start up and has a better recover and is also only -1 on block. You could link into a teleport or multi kick for more chip because the 1 puts you right next to the opponent.

It's actually a slower start up (16 frames compared with 13) and scales much more; hence why some people prefer using 3. Though I do agree that f21 does have some merit in the argument.
