Which costumes do you guys like better?

I myself have played Mortal Kombat since the beginning so I will always love the classic costumes for Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Rain, Ermac, Smoke, Noob Saibot, Reptile, etc.

Depends with skins... lol UMK3 FTW

I do not care for the MK1 costumes although I VERY MUCH appreciate them :)

I use Ermac's 2nd, I like that the most for him.

MK3 skins for Sektor and Cyrax are 100% sexy sauce. :)

As much as I respect the Sub-Zero costumes from previous MK. I think they really did him justice in these. Especially the Bi-Han look. So I will go for modern. Except for smoke. Not liking the hair.

Reptile MK1
Sektor/Cyrax MK3 (look freakin' sick)
Female Ninja MK3

Don't like:
MK1 Sub, Scorpion, look cool, but I don't use them.
MK2 Smoke/Noob have problems so I won't even touch them until its fixed.
MK2 Female Ninja :l
MK3 Sub (should've been an alt for Cyber imo)

Love the new 2011-renditions, but the Klassik Kostumes have Nostalgic value.

Having both to choose from is wonderful.

Agreed, they did do a great addition by adding the option but I am very upset that I paid for Rain and don't even have the option for his MK3 costume... very disappointing.

I really like Noob's Costume 1 and 2. His MK2 one is just not as awesome. Smoke's Costume 1 is just awkward, the hair ruins it. I like Sub's Costume 2 & MK3 costume.

I've mainly only played as the Ninja's so I can't really add anymore that I like/dislike. :D

Jade and Kitana's MK2 outfits are the best. I think the ninja ones are boring and I prefer the new ones. The cyborg's MK3 ones are cool but I can take then or leave them.

Ermac's 2nd costume is the best one IMO. It has a shades of Lord Vader/ Evil sorcerer all over it. Kabal's costume 1 is sweet. I'd love to see MK3 Shang, though. All-n-all I'd have to say the new costumes are better just because there's more to work with than there was 15+ years ago.Also, Noob's costume 1 is beastly, right up there with Ermac's #2.

If Noobs MK2 outfit actually could blackhole reset I would use it so much more due to the fact that it has Smoke as your shadow.
But right now, I only use it against people that will never fall for blackhole resets.

it doesn't matter whether they get new or klassic costumes, but mk originals liu kang, johnny cage, sonya, and raiden deserve as many costumes as they gave the ninjas. right now it seems like the ninjas and the cyborgs will be the only ones with klassic costumes. anyway i would gladly give away costumes for them to put more time into patching the online(unrealistic). its just costumes and purely cosmetic, which is why i dont understand why everyone wanted ANOTHER mileena costume.

armageddon and deception outfit are the exact same. so you wouldn't really need a three pack, just a two pack. you sound like the people asking for klassic ninja outfits from mk1, mk2 and umk3. they ALL look almost the same.

Right now I'm liking the modern costumes more. They really did them justice.

But there are a few classic costumes that I would favor the idea of seeing in the game, such as Rain's MK3 costume and Sonya's MK1/MK3 outfit.

I think all of the characters should have at least one classic.

Noob's default costume is basically the coolest thing I've ever seen. I wish I could dress like that at every day.

If I ever play the cyborgs, sub-zero or reptile I go classic. Cyrax looks like a duck, reptile looks like a parrot and sub-zero is just kind of bland looking in this incarnation. Also, when I play Ermac I either go Costume 2 or MK1 because his default costume is lame looking. The mummy look is bland.
