I know I have seen the cosplay thread before but instead of being a necromancer, I thought a 2014 cosplay thread was in order!

What cosplay(s) do you have planned for this year? Have you already done one or finished one you didn't in 2013? Do you have specific events you would like to finish these by? Are there any WIP or challenges you are having with a specific cosplay you would like to share with us? Pics are encouraged! you can even show us some of your previous cosplay and talk about the process of getting there.

We've been talking about a cosplay night for the gaming center I work at near Seattle. I hope we can get something together for it soon.

I think I want to do Jade or Zatanna for SCR. It could be good promotion for the arcade lol

I find Jessica Nigri not attractive and actually pretty gross before anyone mentions her in relation to cosplay. Also, in before anyone says, "oh look, she is hot", she is physically attractive sure, the mere reason she cosplays like a slut in all her cosplays is repulsive and NOT attractive. I'd rather take an elegant, honest cosplay from the likes of beautiful women such as Felicia Day than some bimbo showing her tits in every photoshoot, cosplay, or video any day. It makes me wonder if she has anything else to offer beside her tits and skimpy outfits.

I just found out a while ago that I've known Jessica Nigri's brother for a while. Hopefully he'll be able to introduce me to her soon or sumthin', nah mean?

I agree with this. I'm sure Jessica is a pretty cool gal in person, but the exaggeration for her breasts turns me off to her. They are almost comedic to me. Kind of a shame I'm sure that she could make more conservative cosplays and still look amazing.

I appreciate Felicia Day's cosplay, i.e, (not wearing a color coordinated bra with the character you're cosplaying and some props, and calling it cosplay) with -.- real cosplay from likes of women like her that get overshadowed.

My experience with Jessica Nigir's cosplay is as expressed above.
