I sincerely apologize your character , which is well-rounded and can fight at range or close-up, cannot out-pressure a specialist rushdown character. It is equally horrible you can't outzone Glacius.

I'm sorry that Shadow Eclipse is good enough that you must actually respect this unsafe move that costs meter when I'm knocked-down. I mean, why can't you just get free pressure?

While my heavy ragged edge is punishable, clearly it is not as bad as having a full-screen combo-starting move punishable, even if only by spending shadow meter.

Sorry that if you try mashing buttons after a Wind Kick that made you - on block you get stuffed.

And apart from the fact that the dash mixup can only be set up as ambiguous after a throw, its complete bs you have only 21 frames to react to my dash at other times.

DH, please nerf Sabrewulf into the ground. Jago is supposed to have the best rushdown in the game.

Sabrewulf looks intimidating right now because a) all of his doubles look really similar and b) his dash mix-up shenanigans after he gets a knockdown. That's his dirt. When people start learning to break his linkers (as LtLuthor suggested), I don't see him being nearly as daunting.

That being said, his strength is a HELL of a strength and I don't think there is any arguing he is a Top 5 character right now.

Aren't there only 6 characters? Coming from a purely inquisitive standpoint, which one do you think falls in last?

This game is not worthy of a tier list, there are only six characters right now and they are designed to beat each other. Instead there should be a character match up thread dicussing the flow of the character designs... Glacius F+MP (lance) Beats Saber by one move. Sadira beats Glacius by (x move) etc.

I looked more at these on my lunch break and here's what I got

First hit of SW doubles:
LP is a punch to the face
MP is a downard swipe
HP is an upward swipe
LK is a bark to the crotch
MK is a bark to the chest
HK is a bark to the chest as well but he extends his arm out differently and that's your cue

Gonna take alot of practice and experience before I can recognize them immediately in a full speed match, but the payoff for putting in the work is significant. KI is going to require alot of dedication if people want to play it at a high level. Which is why I wanted everyone to chill on the matchup numbers and nerf demands.

Do it up. As long as it is at least Xbox One record quality video and has text or voice explaining it, I'm 100% serious.
In fact, if you make it and do a good job consider every video you make on strats of how to beat the new "Free Character" or new DLC frontpaged too.
(I'd like to have some kind of theme/good presentation if this happens though)

Feel free to partner up with whoever, just put time into making the video good and let me know.

Is not breaking sw combos most r struggling with lol but again you just started playing this game.

are you serious? i dont care how many high level players are playing the game, its not being played at its full potential or highest level yet.

I mean it was a group of supposed high level players that complained about scorpion in Injusticeand that character didnt get nerfed, he got nuked. It was only the last patch that fixed his damage scaling but he still has to do a lot to get reasonable damage.

What will happen is SW will get nerfed while some other godlike character slowly goes unscathed under the radar.

Too early to think about normalisation.

Still too much is going unpunished and being under utilized (especially shadow counter) to say any one char is OP. Im sure many glacius players say sadira is op while sabre is fine. Right now people are just saying a char is OP if they are having trouble against them

Not necessarily, I main Glacius but can use SW to counter him.

I dont find Sadira so bad for Glacius either, she cant throw the heavy version of widows web bc with meter she gets full combo punished by a shadow counter and with no meter F+MP.
Smart GL will keep her out with J+HK or MK, use shadow hail to AA & anti cross up, use cold shoulder too, use shadow shatter for when she tries to jump etc.
