Mortal Kombat 9, INJUSTICE: Gods Among Us and Killer Instinct coming to SoCal Regionals 2014!

Next year is already looking to be a very busy year for competitors. In late February on the 28th through March 3rd you can expect an army of players to battle their way to the top at SoCal Regionals 2014!

During the game announcement stream (www.twitch.tv/leveluplive) just minutes ago, there was a massive list of games to be featured. We are very pleased to announce that not only will Injustice: Gods Among Us and Killer Instinct be there as the newer fighting games, but MORTAL KOMBAT(!!!) will be returning!

That's right, folks... it is on. Will the new Mortal Kombat Evolution World Champion, Crazy DJT 88 be up for defending his title against the rest of the West Coast? Chances are good.

EXTRA INFO FROM ALEX VALLE VIA SRK:
Just a heads up, there will be many titles starting on Friday. We will only take emergency onsite registration for these titles on Thursday if you miss the online pre-registration cut off. We’re doing the same thing for games starting on Saturday, we’re only taking onsite registration for those titles on Friday.

Badge pick up will also be mandatory the day before your tournament game begins. This way we can ensure the tournament is not interrupted by late start times due to badge check in, emergency registration/bracket placement, spectator wristbands serviced at the same time. (Lines get crazy!)

You might be thinking of NCR or something.

Didn't you watch SCR last year? it was a really big deal tournament, one of if not the hypest MK9 tournaments ever. EGP streamed and ran the whole thing that year AND the year before.

Shit... that's right. I remember everyone giving Tyrant props. Wtf am I thinking of then? lol I mean, what I recall did happen... and it was on the West Coast I'm pretty sure.
