Sorry if that was brought up already, I couldn't really find anything, but I'd like to know how is the online aspect of the PC version, I don't want to buy it if it's as bad as MK's was. And in general how it is, I don't really trust any source, aside from TYM regarding NRS stuff.

To be honest. I played one game online and thought it was unplayable. But I do play offline only so online is a bit jarring for me.

Well it's about the same as MK on PC. It has some issues though, I can't find anyone online in ranked or in rooms, so I just play those on my friends list. Other ppl don't have this issue though so I have to look up how to solve it.

If you have friends in mind to play, it runs great.

Make sure your system can handle it at 60fps tho. If it can't the game will automatically downscale you to 30fps.

If you play randoms, be prepared for mixed results as you can get people from australia etc. which makes the connection suck. If you are playing someone in N.A. it's really, really good.

Had varying success with it:

4 bar: good enough. The odd dropped combo that requires tight timing (Raven's jump 3 into d1 being a prime example)
3 bar: A little annoying but still playable.
2 bar or worse: unplayable

1 random match vs Ares: everything ran at half speed (or slower) and I have no idea why.

Things like unmuteable mic or download region based matchmaking are gone? It's probably no deal for me though, I'd play randoms mostly.

I'm pretty sure both are no more. At least with regions it's supposed to be, mic is no problem for sure.
