not sure if anyone had posted this but after phase charge DF1F dash b1 allows you to combo into 11/D2 and is about +1 on block, so you don't have to spend meter or risk getting punished on block. Also after phase charge DF1F dash D1 DB3D if they block the D1 and the orb the tele will crossup.
So glad he's your character now. Even with this tech I'm too lazy to start putting in time into him after the amount of work I just had to do with Arrow.
