After all the fake tier lists made by trolls & people in denial, I present to you the TRUE current tier list of Injustice!
This tier list was created with EXCLUSIVE input from a previously unknown organization of character specialists called the Aktuum. This group is a descendant from an ancient Aztec tribe related to the Mayans, & have been mastering particular crafts for generations. This secretive group trains in a remote location in the Andes using a 4K TV & Xbox 360 powered by Hamster wheels. I sent my specially-trained carrier pigeon Lako to travel several thousand miles to this location a month ago with solely with a scroll. Once the scroll was delivered to the Aktuum, they inscribed the tier list on the scroll in their native language of "Shaali 1337" & sent the my carrier pigeon back to the US. When I received said scroll, the text inscribed said the following....

It was absolutely fascinating to me how their language was written...it was like nothing I have ever seen before. No letters are used in their language, but rather commas, slashes, & apostrophes are used to create some kind of image. I remember seeing this image several times before, & after several minutes of critical thinking I came upon an epiphany: I had seen several similar symbols in various pictures online....
Interesting....how is this child familiar with Aktuum hand signals? This suggests that there must have been some exposure to European colonists several hundred years ago. Maybe the colonists & the Aktuum formed some sort of mutual tongue. Or perhaps the Aktuum learned this hand signal from the European settlers? Anyway, I apologize for my rambling...back to the point. I have painstakingly translated the Shaali 1337 text to English, & that is when the tier list became clear. After I translated the text, I turned the scroll around & was surprised to see that there was additional text written on the back. After days of translation, it appears that this text describes the meaning of each tier. Interestingly enough, the Aktuum have compared the Injustice tier list to WWII. Take a look for yourself...
SS tier - The Nazis. Chief commanders of the Gestapo, these characters are extremely dangerous & almost-broken. These characters have committed terrible crimes against countless Deathstrokes, & are known to use every dirty trick in the book to win the war. They follow orders sent directly from Adolf Hitler himself & must be stopped at all costs.
S tier - The Americans. The world's only hope to stop the evil Axis from taking over the world. Prior to WWII, America had been nerfed hard by the Great Depression but came back to help win WWII. Many of the characters in this tier have a similar history. Superman & Black Adam were once the dominating force of the world until they got nerfed hard. Yet thanks to the dedication & perseverance of top Superman & BA players quitting hours after the patch, they have risen back to S tier & are still a force to be reckoned with.
A tier - The Russians. Once thought to be Hitler's ally, Hitler betrayed them & attacked. During the Battle of Stalingrad, the Russians got fed up with Hitler & turned the tides, eventually winning the war. Many characters in this tier have done the same thing. Recently at NEC, these A tier characters decided to stand up to the bullshit from higher tier characters. I've got to fight Superman? Raven don't give a shit. Grundy don't stop. Hawkgirl REALLY don't give a fuck.
B tier - The British. LBSH....if Russia & 'Murica weren't on their side, they would be penetrated deeper than the NSA into your private information. Neither Piers Morgan or James Bond can help this pitiful tier, & even with the aid of the hired assassin Chris G., there isn't much hope.
C tier - The Japanese. Once upon a time, on a cold day in Hawaii, the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. They caught us completely unprepared for their overhead/low mixups, their Kamekaze teleporting, & their control over interactables like anti-air missiles. Then the Enoly Gay was dropped & are not longer a threat. 'Nuff said.
F tier - The French. The war started. Then they lost. Never a light at the end of the tunnel for hope, never a significant buff given by the patch Gods at NRS, & never crepe that hasn't gone bad. The Germans have been saying "Sie sind Scheiße" since day 1, & the only response to be heard was "Vous voulez avec moi ce soir".
Very insightful indeed. After a day of sleep, I invited several colleagues of mine to view the tier list, & we were astounded at its accuracy. Now, I must warn you. Before you click this link, it is advised that you view this list in a private place. Several of my colleagues have had extreme sexual urges upon viewing this list, & have had to have sexy time with inanimate objects to relieve themselves. Now without further ado..
