Guide The B13 crossup chart

Sat in training mode for an hour and figured out B13 crossups. There are 2 situations

Blocking B13 normal ( closest range possible, can dash up or just J2 b13 ) which crosses up ( char specific ) and walking back and suddenly blocking B13 which can make it cross some characters that normally wouldn't be crossed.

Also, some characters can backdashed B13 while others cannot, superman cannot super it according to training mode but if you do it yourself it is possible while parry characters with 1f reversal parries cannot parry the 3 in B13 because parry won't come out.

List goes by normal close B13 and walk back and instantly blocking B13 will be marked by W

What this means is that we can use this matchup specific tech for mixups, things like B1 flower or crowbar and B13 can now be legitimate mixups.
