So I've found that watching lectures on youtube before attending class has really helped my understand of the subject. Basically you get two hear two different teaching styles and the info is reinforced in class. Here is one that I found really good recently.

Also this intro to Trees really helped me be ahead of the class when the topic came up. There are a lot of trees and things related to trees.

Those seem like they would be interesting if I had the slightest idea what they were talking about lol

Maybe in 1 or 2 years though..

Lol well it's only for a small number of people. But if anyone has any good videos they think are helpful about any topic. Feel free to post in here.

This will really help me out. :) I already did this stuff but I did have a hard time understanding what I was doing without additional help. As soon as I'm done with this course on computer architecture I'll get to watching these.

I usually go to TED Talks(google it) when I want to see lectures about a subject.

Im not a math or science guy so I dont know if they have much of that on there though.

Yeah TED is good but youtube has a LOT of lectures from schools and usually really good schools too. I don't think many people even take advantage.

KHAAAAAAAAAAANN..... academy.

A bit lacking in social sciences, but pretty much everything else that exists is on Khan academy.

I learned linear regressions, in like, 5 minutes when I needed to figure out how to do them to crunch some numbers.

If you're struggling in biology lab there's dissection videos and detailed anatomy on youtube. Khan Academy is very good but when it comes to biology I always go to bozeman science first then look up videos on my current topic. Did the same thing for chem lecture and lab. Tons of stuff you can find on youtube if you hate reading the textbook.

Even though I've never been to college I'm a sucker for good lectures on astronomy and physics.
